These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ecom Wizard (the “Service”). Ecom Wizard is a trading name of Online Customer Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15276241, VAT No. GB458790148). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Ecom Wizard is a software platform that uses AI to help sellers create and optimise product listings, research keywords, review advertising, understand sales performance, and — where you connect a supported platform such as Linnworks — send optimised listing content into that platform and view your sales data. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free trial, subscriptions & billing

• Free trial — new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with a limited number of listings, no card required. When the trial period ends or the trial allowance is used, a paid subscription is required to continue.
• Plans — paid plans provide a monthly listing allowance and features as described at the point of purchase. Allowances refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated.
• Prices & VAT — prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Payment — if you subscribe directly with us, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). If you subscribe through a third-party marketplace or app store (for example the Linnworks Application Store), that provider collects payment and its terms also apply.
• Renewals & cancellation — subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Connected accounts

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts (such as Linnworks, marketplaces and advertising platforms). By connecting an account you authorise us to access and process data from it as needed to provide the Service, in line with your instructions and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts and must comply with the third party’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or for changes they make to their services or APIs.

5. Your content & AI-generated content

• You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the listing content generated for you.
• You grant us a licence to host and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• AI output is a starting point. Generated titles, descriptions and other content may contain errors and must be reviewed by you before use. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and marketplace compliance of anything you publish, and for meeting each marketplace’s rules and policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including not to: break the law or infringe others’ rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access; resell or scrape the Service; or use it to generate misleading, infringing or prohibited content.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, the Service is provided “as is”; we exclude implied warranties to the extent permitted; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, sales, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will do so.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
