Ecom Wizard for Linnworks — User Manual

In Ecom Wizard, open Linnworks in the left sidebar and click Connect Linnworks.

You’ll be taken to Linnworks to authorise the app. Review the requested permissions, tick the terms box and click Authorise.

Tip: if the authorise page shows “please accept the terms” with nothing to tick, your browser is blocking cookies — use Google Chrome, or enable cookies, and try again.

Once authorised, return to Ecom Wizard’s Linnworks page. Your sales dashboard loads automatically — you’re connected.

Open Channel mapping from the Linnworks page. This tells Ecom Wizard which Linnworks account each of your channels should update.

For each row, choose the Ecom Wizard channel, its Linnworks Source (e.g. AMAZON, EBAY, SHOPIFY, Mirakl MP), and the SubSource (your account name, e.g. your Amazon or eBay account).

If you sell on the same channel under more than one account (for example two Shopify stores), click + Add another and add a row for each. Click Save. You only do this once — every future send routes automatically.

The Linnworks page shows a cross-channel sales dashboard built from your Linnworks orders: revenue, orders and average order value (split per currency), a per-channel and per-country breakdown, and a daily revenue trend, over a 7, 30 or 90-day range. This is read-only.

On any listing in Ecom Wizard, click ⬆ Linnworks (or Send all to Linnworks on the Listings page).

Ecom Wizard matches your product to Linnworks by SKU and writes the optimised content onto it: the title and description (to the product’s per-channel Titles & Descriptions), and — for Amazon — bullet points, item highlight and generic keywords, plus the EAN and brand, to Extended Properties.

If the SKU isn’t in Linnworks yet, you’ll be offered Create as new product — this creates the product record (with zero stock and no channel links); you then add stock and list it from Linnworks.

Ecom Wizard seeds the optimised content in Linnworks. From there you list to Amazon, eBay and your other marketplaces from Linnworks as you normally would. Ecom Wizard does not write to the marketplaces directly.
